Payment Terms: 50% of the total invoice value shall be paid as a down payment by bank transfer upon signing/confirmation of the Sales Contract. The remaining 50% shall be paid in full prior to shipment.

The production/preparation lead time shall commence upon confirmation of receipt of the cleared down payment in the Seller’s bank account.
No shipment shall be released until the outstanding balance has been received and cleared in the Seller’s bank account, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
