Whether your requirements are regular or ad hoc we provide packages to suit your needs and only charged for the time taken to carry out a task.
Ad-hoc Assistance
This service allows you to use our assistance for as many hours as you require per month.
We charge £20 per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour, and thereafter we charge in 15 minute increments.

Retainer Package
If you require regular assistance, over a period of months, then one of these package is recommend so that we can guarantee our availability.

Bronze Package
10 hrs per month – £180
If you are just about to use a virtual assistant for the first time and not sure how things will work out this package has been developed with you in mind.  Bronze packages offer 10 hrs per month at the discounted rate for 2 months.  During this time you will be able to see for yourself the benefits a VA bring to you and your business.  We are confident that after this trial you will be keen to upgrade to one of our regular packages.

Silver Package
20 hrs per month - £360
This package equates to 5 hrs per week and is ideal if you only need basic support as you start to build your own business.

Gold Package
40 hrs per month - £680
The Gold package is for serious clients who wish to focus on growing their business while we take care of all the rest!

Premium Package
60 hrs per month - £980
This package is tailored to suit the entrepreneurs who wish to become business owners rather than employees of their own business.  You require someone to manage the day to day operations of your business as well as offer you life-style support with holidays, events and even household management tasks.  You would like to delegate as much as possible to free up as much of your time leaving you to enjoy the life your have created.

E-Newsletter maintenance
£60 per newsletter

Payment for retainer packages is required in advance and will be invoiced to the client at the start of each month.  Invoices are to be paid within 14 days.  All prices are gross (VAT will not be charged). Payment can be made via cheque or bank transfer, details of which will be made available upon acceptance of work.  
Any additional expenses such as materials, postage, courier costs, telephone calls and printing incurred on behalf of the client will be charged separately at cost.
A booking form must be completed before any work commences and a 50% prepayment for the first assignment may be required.
